Cameras for entrances, parking lots, yards and homes, recorded on a recorder at your property. Our usual choice, UniFi Protect, has no monthly license.
We plan the cameras from how the property is used: who comes in, where vehicles park and which corners nobody watches.
Camera plan by area: entrances, parking, perimeter and indoors
4K cameras, plus 180° and 360° models for wide areas
License plate cameras where vehicle entries matter
Recording on a network video recorder at your property
Live view and playback from your phone or computer
Alerts for people and vehicles instead of every moving leaf
Wireless links to bring video from a remote yard or building
Recording and retention
How many days of video do you need?
How long you keep video depends on the number of cameras, their resolution, and whether they record all the time or only when something happens. We size the recorder and its drives for the retention you need and explain the trade-offs before you choose.
Camera work
Cameras placed for the view that matters, with clean conduit and junction boxes on the facade.
Camera questions
Is there a monthly fee for the cameras?
Not with our usual choice: UniFi Protect records on a recorder at your property and does not charge a monthly license. If a cloud service makes sense for a site, we show you its fee before you decide.
Can I watch the cameras from my phone?
Yes, live and recorded, from the app of the system. You can also give access to other people, each with their own login.
Do the cameras keep recording without internet?
Yes. Recording happens on the local network at your property. Only viewing from outside needs the internet.
Who installs the system?
Lenstar designs the system, supplies the equipment, configures it and supports it afterwards. Installation is contracted through our licensed Florida partner, who signs the work and pulls the permits when the job requires them.
