Access control, cameras and networks, done right

We design, supply, configure and support security and network systems for businesses, communities and homes in Tampa Bay. Every cable labeled, clear options before you decide, and one team to call when you need a change.

Three systems that work as one

Doors, cameras and the network that carries them, designed together so they are easy to manage and easy to grow.

Access control

Card, phone and PIN access for every door and gate, a visitor intercom, and a record of every entry. Add or remove a person in seconds, without changing locks.

Video surveillance

4K cameras for entrances, parking lots, yards and homes, recorded at your property. Watch live and play back from your phone, with options that have no monthly license.

Networks and Wi-Fi

Business-grade routers, PoE switches and Wi-Fi, racks and patch panels with every port labeled, and wireless links to reach a remote yard or building.

Fewer apps, fewer vendors, fewer surprises

When doors, cameras and Wi-Fi come from different vendors, each one has its own app, login and support line. We design them to work together, on as few platforms as the property allows, so a door event opens next to its video and one call solves the problem.

Who we work with

From a new building under construction to a single home, the system is planned around how the property is used.

General contractors

The low-voltage scope planned with your team and coordinated with the schedule of the job.

Communities and HOAs

Gates, vehicle entries, visitor call boxes, and cameras at entrances and common areas.

Businesses

Offices, gyms, warehouses and yards: doors on schedules, cameras that cover the whole site and a network that keeps up.

Homes

Cameras around the house, a video doorbell and Wi-Fi in every room, all in one app.

How a project works

Five steps, from the first visit to the day you start using the system.

01

Site survey

We walk the property with you and note doors, gates, camera views, cable paths and where the equipment will live.

02

Design and options

You get a design with clear options, and the one we recommend, so you can choose what fits the property and the budget.

03

Licensed installation

Installation is contracted through our licensed Florida partner, who signs the work and pulls the permits when the job requires them.

04

Setup and testing

We configure the system, test every connection and camera view, and set recording and access schedules.

05

Walkthrough and support

We show you and your team how to use it, and we stay available for changes and support afterwards.

Common questions

It depends on the platform, and we tell you before you choose. Many of the systems we work with, such as UniFi Protect for cameras, record at your property with no monthly license. Some features, like phone wallet keys or cloud video, have their own fees.

We design systems that run on equipment at your property, so cameras keep recording and doors keep working on the local network. Viewing from outside the property comes back when the internet does.

Often, yes. During the site survey we check what can stay, such as cable runs in good shape, door hardware or recent cameras, and we tell you what would need to change.

Mostly UniFi for networks, cameras and door access, because it puts everything in one app with no monthly license for video. For larger or specialized sites we also work with enterprise access control panels and other professional brands. We recommend what fits the property, not one brand for everything.

Yes. Hablamos español: the site survey, the design and the walkthrough can all be in Spanish.
